I know you’re going to love this healthy version of a Caesar Salad. This recipe is vegan, gluten-free and full of amazing flavours that we all know and love. These are great for lunches, side dishes at dinner, or even a main dish if you added some fake chicken or maybe even some tofu.

Here’s the story…
These days, there is simply an overabundance of diet plans. It can be overwhelming to decide.
That’s why I believe that, once a particular diet has been chosen, and and you’re watching these recipe videos to get meal ideas, you need to adhere to your chosen diet plan. It can really hinder your success to stray from your chosen path. It may just have you returning to the starting line.
For this reason, I suggest starting a diet-focused recipe library. So you’d want to compile videos ONLY related to raw-food veganism, if that happens to be your chosen diet plan.
Makes perfect sense, right?
Hopping from one diet to the next is certainly something that I’ve done in the past. And there’s really only one reason why…
Items that one diet program won’t allow you to consume, a whole other diet plan totally permits, and perhaps even encourages. The grass always seems greener on the other side. And let’s call a spade a spade… Cooking videos are often unbelievably seductive. π
If you expect to see lasting results, you need to stick to your chosen plan of action. At the end of the day, eating healthy foods and not going into a crazy caloric surplus may be enough to help you reach your goals.
I’m no diet or fitness guru, but I see merit in that. The fat should come right off if you control what and how much you eat and drink. Add some exercise into the mix and look out!
It’s the most popular weight loss model in existence. And it probably has that designation for a reason!
Calorie reduction isn’t the only game in town though. With some diets, macro-nutrient ratios are more important than calories consumed. It could be detrimental to your results to stray from your diet’s particular ratio.
Give your chosen diet plan enough time to work for you. Then, if it doesn’t, at least you won’t have yourself to blame!
