Here’s where you want to go…
There are obviously many diet plans in the world. It can be overwhelming to decide.
For this reason, the moment a particular diet has been chosen, and and you’re watching these recipe videos to get meal ideas, you want to avoid looking outside of your chosen diet for meal options. It can really hinder your success to stray from your chosen path. You very well may find yourself needing to start over.
In the past, I’ve definitely hopped from one thing to the next… like crazy. The reason for this is actually quite simple…
Food and drinks that one diet plan encourages, another plan is likely to restrict. I mean, it’s still officially “diet food,” even if it’s not your diet… right? Besides, those “video doctors” sure do make compelling arguments. And let’s not kid ourselves. Meal prep videos can be 100% irresistible. 😉
Choose a lifestyle that you’re thrilled to stick with. That’s how long-term results will be achieved. Of course, it could be said that any diet that focuses on all-natural foods and reasonable portion sizes can be enough all on its own.
I can certainly see the merit in that, even though I’m no diet or fitness guru. Don’t pig out all day, steer clear of prepackaged junk, and you should see some pretty powerful results. Oh, and move that body of yours a little more! 😉
This, of course, is standard, conventional advice. There’s probably a good reason for this!
But even if your chosen diet isn’t a low-calorie model, you may still be well-served to stick with it long-term. Many diets have more of a macro-nutrient ratio focus. And you may not want to play around with those.
Stick to the plan. Give yourself a fighting chance!
Here’s What I’d Do If I Were You…

Then, bookmark the videos that you really enjoy in your browser. What I would do is compile these into a whole new file folder that can be called “vegan Cooking Videos,” or whatever you decide on.
