For all my vegan friends, I’ve spent a lot of time trying to find videos related to vegan cheeses that don’t look too complicated, or include hard to find ingredients. I think this recipe is great because it looks easy, and is not only vegan but is also nut and soy free! Great for people who have food allergies. Enjoy!

There are like a million and one diet plans available to you these days. Choosing one diet over another can be a daunting task.
So when you’ve made your choice, and prepping healthy meals is the next step, sticking to your chosen diet is of paramount importance. Straying from your original chosen plan may very well lead to failure. It will take you back to square one.
Building up a diet-focused recipe library on your computer is a great idea, for this very reason. So if you’re going low-carb, then build up a low-carb recipe library.
In the past, I’ve definitely hopped from one thing to the next… like crazy. And when I really think about it, there’s only one reason why…
You usually crave the foods that your diet plan doesn’t allow you to consume, which some other system 100 percent permits, and perhaps even encourages. The grass always seems greener on the other side. They say it’s healthy, after all. So it should be okay, right? And let’s tell the truth. Cooking videos can be completely tough to resist. 😉
Clearly, you need to stick to your chosen diet plan long enough to see results. Reaching your weight loss goals may be as simple as eating natural foods and limiting your caloric intake.
I’m no diet or fitness guru, but I see merit in that. Put the right amounts of the right fuel into your body, and reap the rewards of a healthy body and physique. Add some exercise into the mix and look out!
This is surely conventional weight loss advice. And this is for good reason!
Even still, if you’re trying to stick to a particular plan, you may want to stay the course. Many diets put more of an emphasis on macro-nutrient ratios. Failure to adhere to your diet’s particular ratio may compromise your weight loss results.
Please stay the course. Your future self will thank you for it!
