Here’s the story…
These days, there is simply an overabundance of diet plans. You may be overwhelmed with your options. I know that I get overwhelmed with mine!
Therefore, as soon as the choice has been made, and you’re looking to prepare your own tasty meals, you want to avoid looking outside of your chosen diet for meal options. A lack of focus is often to blame for weight loss failure. You could very well end up in a position where you need to start all over from scratch.
You’d be well served, for this very reason, to build up an online library of recipes within your chosen plan. If you’re going low-calorie, then compile low-calorie recipes. If you’re a low-carber, then you’ll want low-carb recipes.
This is extremely important.
I only bring this up because I’ve been guilty of hopping from one plan to the next myself. Why did I do this? Only one reason…
Food and beverages that one diet doesn’t allow, another, seemingly equally legit diet completely permits. It’s always super tempting to dabble. Besides, those “video doctors” sure do make compelling arguments. And let’s not kid ourselves. Meal prep videos are, in many cases, pretty damned difficult to resist.
But the thing is, for any diet plan to work effectively, you really need to stick to it. Reaching your weight loss goals may be as simple as eating natural foods and limiting your caloric intake.
At the end of the day, it makes sense. Control the calorie intake, eat clean, and the fat should come right off. Raising your activity levels will also prove beneficial (obviously).
It’s standard, conventional advice. And it probably has that designation for a reason!
Even still, if you’re trying to stick to a particular plan, you may want to stay the course. Diets are often effective because of their macro-nutrient ratios. And playing around too much with those may be something to steer clear of.
Stick to the plan. Give yourself a fighting chance!

After that, go ahead and start bookmarking the videos that you like in your browser. What I would do is compile these into an entirely new bookmark folder called “Vegan Vids,” unless unless you have another name in mind.
