Diet plans clearly abound. It can be overwhelming to decide.
Therefore, the moment a particular diet has been chosen, and you’re looking to prepare your own tasty meals, it’s important that you stay committed to your plan. Straying from your original chosen plan may very well lead to failure. It may just bring you back to square one.
You’d be well served, for this very reason, to build up an online library of recipes within your chosen plan. So you’d want to compile videos ONLY related to raw-food veganism, if that happens to be your chosen diet plan.
Makes perfect sense, right?
In the past, I’ve definitely hopped from one thing to the next… like crazy. Why did I do this? Only one reason…
On a low-sugar diet, you crave sweets. On low-calorie, you crave calorie-rich foods. It’s always super tempting to dabble. And let’s be honest. Recipe videos are oftentimes 100 percent tough to resist. 😉
If you expect to see lasting results, you need to stick to your chosen plan of action. At the end of the day, eating healthy foods and not going into a crazy caloric surplus may be enough to help you reach your goals.
I’m no diet or fitness guru, but I see merit in that. Don’t pig out all day, steer clear of prepackaged junk, and you should see some pretty powerful results. Oh, and move that body of yours a little more! 😉
Clearly, this is the world’s most popular weight loss advice. As well it should be!
But even if your chosen diet isn’t a low-calorie model, you may still be well-served to stick with it long-term. With some diets, macro-nutrient ratios are more important than calories consumed. It could be detrimental to your results to stray from your diet’s particular ratio.
At least stick with one thing long enough to see results!
