There are so many recipes that call for cream of mushroom soup, and yet it can sometimes be difficult to find a vegan alternative. I did some digging and found this great recipe for all my vegan friends out there! Perfect for soups and casseroles, plus it only takes 20 minutes to make!

Diet plans clearly abound. If you’re like me, you’re probably overwhelmed by all of the options.

That’s why I believe that, as soon as you’ve committed to a diet, and and you’re watching these recipe videos to get meal ideas, you only want to seek out food and drink recipes that fit within that particular diet plan. A lack of focus is often to blame for weight loss failure. You just might wind up starting all over.

For this reason, I suggest starting a diet-focused recipe library. So if you’ve chosen the ketogenic diet as your weight loss method, for example, then you ONLY want those types of recipes in your library… and nothing else.

Make sense?

I’ve been guilty of hopping from one plan to the next myself, which is why I bring this up. Why did I do this? Only one reason…

You’re going to usually have cravings for whatever it happens to be that your chosen diet program doesn’t allow you to consume, which a completely different lifestyle 100 percent allows, and perhaps even encourages. And counter-arguments can be pretty compelling. And one thing that’s clear… Food-based videos are usually completely irresistible. 😉

Sticking to the plan long-term is perhaps the most important component of dieting. Calorie reduction and fresh, healthy foods and drinks are said to be the most surefire way to lose weight healthfully.

I’m no diet or fitness guru, but I see merit in that. Control the calorie intake, eat clean, and the fat should come right off. This is especially true if our activity levels are relatively high.

This is clearly standard, conventional wisdom. And it probably has that designation for a reason!

Of course, not all diet plans follow this model. And even if they don’t, you may want to stick with them anyway. Many diets put more of an emphasis on macro-nutrient ratios. It could be detrimental to your results to stray from your diet’s particular ratio.

At least stick with one thing long enough to see results!
