There are simply far too many potential diet plans out there. It can be overwhelming to decide.

This is why you definitely want to compile a small library of recipes that fit within your particular diet plan. So if you’ve chosen the ketogenic diet as your weight loss method, for example, then you ONLY want those types of recipes in your library… and nothing else.
Pretty basic stuff, right? But it’s super important.
In the past, I’ve definitely hopped from one thing to the next… like crazy. And when I really think about it, there’s only one reason why…
Foods that one eating plan allows, a whole other program is going to restrict. The grass always seems greener on the other side. Besides, those “video doctors” sure do make compelling arguments. And let’s not lie to ourselves. Food videos are usually ridiculously knee-weakening. 😉
If you expect to see lasting results, you need to stick to your chosen plan of action. Reaching your weight loss goals may be as simple as eating natural foods and limiting your caloric intake.
Makes sense. Put the right amounts of the right fuel into your body, and reap the rewards of a healthy body and physique. This is especially true if our activity levels are relatively high.
No doubt that this is the world’s most popular weight loss advice. It probably earned its right to be!
Not all diets are calorie restrictive though. Many diets have more of a macro-nutrient ratio focus. Failure to adhere to your diet’s particular ratio may compromise your weight loss results.
Stick to the plan. Give yourself a fighting chance!
