Clearly, there are many diet plans in the world. Choosing one diet over another can be a daunting task.

As such, once you’ve decided on a particular diet, and you’re looking to prepare your own tasty meals, you only want to seek out food and drink recipes that fit within that particular diet plan. A lack of focus is often to blame for weight loss failure. It will take you back to the starting line.

For this reason, I suggest starting a diet-focused recipe library. So you’d want to compile videos ONLY related to raw-food veganism, if that happens to be your chosen diet plan.

I cannot overstate how important this is.

I’ve been guilty of hopping from one plan to the next myself, which is why I bring this up. The reason for this is actually quite simple…

On a low-carb diet, you tend to crave carbs. On a low-fat diet, you crave fat. It’s always super tempting to dabble. And counter-arguments can be pretty compelling. And let’s tell the truth. Cooking videos are oftentimes undeniably seductive. 😉

If you expect to see lasting results, you need to stick to your chosen plan of action. While each diet is completely unique in its approach, many say that healthy food and a slight caloric deficit are really all it take to help you reach your goals.

I can certainly see the merit in that, even though I’m no diet or fitness guru. Don’t pig out all day, steer clear of prepackaged junk, and you should see some pretty powerful results. Oh, and move that body of yours a little more! 😉

You’ll probably recognize this as the most popular weight loss model in existence. As well it should be!

Even still, if you’re trying to stick to a particular plan, you may want to stay the course. Many diets put more of an emphasis on macro-nutrient ratios. And you may not want to play around with those.

Please stay the course. Your future self will thank you for it!

Then, ensure quick and easy future access to each of your favorite recipes by simply bookmarking them in your browser. What I would do is compile these into a brand new bookmark folder that you can call “**DIET TYPE (LOW-CARB, VEGAN, PALEO, ETC)** Meal Videos,” or whatever name you’d prefer.
