YUM is the only word to describe the recipe video below. I’ve made a few different vegan aioli’s in my time, but none as truly delicious as this one!

Okay, here’s the story…
Clearly, there are many diet plans in the world. Choosing one diet over another can be a daunting task.
I believe that once you’ve decided on a particular diet, and it’s time to start menu planning, you want to avoid looking outside of your chosen diet for meal options. Straying from your original chosen plan may very well lead to failure. You may find yourself in a position where you need to start all over from scratch.
For this reason, I suggest starting a diet-focused recipe library. So you’d want to compile videos ONLY related to raw-food veganism, if that happens to be your chosen diet plan.
Does this make sense?
I only bring this up because I’ve been guilty of hopping from one plan to the next myself. And there’s really only one reason why…
That which one diet plan restricts, another, seemingly equally legit diet plan fully allows. The grass always seems greener on the other side. Besides, those “video doctors” sure do make compelling arguments. And let’s be honest here. Meal prep videos can oftentimes be pretty darn knee-weakening. 😉
Choose a lifestyle that you’re thrilled to stick with. That’s how long-term results will be achieved. Calorie reduction and fresh, healthy foods and drinks are said to be the most surefire way to lose weight healthfully.
Makes sense. Put the right amounts of the right fuel into your body, and reap the rewards of a healthy body and physique. This is especially true if our activity levels are relatively high.
You’ll probably recognize this as common-sense weight loss. And it’s for good reason that it is!
Even still, if you’re trying to stick to a particular plan, you may want to stay the course. Many diets have more of a macro-nutrient ratio focus. And playing around too much with those may be something to steer clear of.
Please stay the course. Your future self will thank you for it!
