I love this video because it shows you how to make a gluten free, cauliflower pizza crust and a cheap, easy vegan pesto. It will deff spice up your pizza night! Also, If the crust weirds you out, you can just use a regular pizza pie crust in place of the cauliflower one. A delicious, vegan and gluten free solution to pizza night

There are obviously many diet plans in the world. If you’re like me, you’re probably overwhelmed by all of the options.

It’s for this reason that, when you’ve made your choice, and prepping healthy meals is the next step, you need to adhere to your chosen diet plan. Wavering could be detrimental to your weight loss success. You very well may find yourself starting all over from scratch.

For this reason, I suggest starting a diet-focused recipe library. So you’d want to compile videos ONLY related to raw-food veganism, if that happens to be your chosen diet plan.

It’s basic, but hugely important.

I’ve been guilty of hopping from one plan to the next myself, which is why I bring this up. The reason for this is actually quite simple…

You will tend to crave the foods and drinks that your plan won’t allow you to consume, which a competing diet totally encourages. And one thing that’s clear… Cooking videos are oftentimes pretty darn tempting. 😉

Clearly, you need to stick to your chosen diet plan long enough to see results. Calorie reduction and fresh, healthy foods and drinks are said to be the most surefire way to lose weight healthfully.

I can certainly see the merit in that, even though I’m no diet or fitness guru. Control the calorie intake, eat clean, and the fat should come right off. Raising your activity levels will also prove beneficial (obviously).

This, of course, is conventional weight loss advice. As well it should be!

Even still, if you’re trying to stick to a particular plan, you may want to stay the course. Many diets have more of a macro-nutrient ratio focus. And it’s generally not advised to mess around with those, if you’re trying to maximize your weight loss.

Keep your eye on the prize! Don’t stray.
