Vegan Keto Kale Chip Recipe
Now that we’re going into summer i’m on the search for tasty snacks to eat out in the sun that aren’t chips LOL. These Baked kale chips are to DIE for, and the best part is they are both vegan AND keto. A nutritious, delicious, habit-forming alternative to chips! Like Doritos, you can’t stop after 1!

So listen…
Diet plans clearly abound. Choosing one diet over another can be a daunting task.
So the moment a particular diet has been chosen, and you’re looking to prepare your own tasty meals, it’s important that you stay committed to your plan. It can really hinder your success to stray from your chosen path. You might wind up in a position where you need to start all over from scratch.
For this reason, I suggest starting a diet-focused recipe library. So you’d want to compile videos ONLY related to raw-food veganism, if that happens to be your chosen diet plan.
Know what I mean?
I’ve been guilty of hopping from one plan to the next myself, which is why I bring this up. And I’ve done so for one simply reason…
Food and beverages that one diet program encourages, some other diet plan is likely gonna limit or completely forbid. The grass always seems greener on the other side. If the person on the screen tells you it’s healthy, you should probably eat it, yeah? And let’s call a spade a spade… Recipe videos are, in many cases, 100% will-shattering. 😉
Sticking to the plan long-term is perhaps the most important component of dieting. While each diet is completely unique in its approach, many say that healthy food and a slight caloric deficit are really all it take to help you reach your goals.
At the end of the day, it makes sense. Put the right amounts of the right fuel into your body, and reap the rewards of a healthy body and physique. This is especially true if our activity levels are relatively high.
It’s common-sense weight loss. As well it should be!
But even if your chosen diet isn’t a low-calorie model, you may still be well-served to stick with it long-term. Many diets have more of a macro-nutrient ratio focus. Failure to adhere to your diet’s particular ratio may compromise your weight loss results.
Keep your eye on the prize! Don’t stray.
