I havent explored the keto vegan universe that much, although I keep seeing more and more recipes that work for both life-styles. I like this tofu casserole because its very simple, is flourless, gluten free and yet somehow rich and creamy! Let me know what you think!

There are obviously many diet plans in the world. You may be overwhelmed with your options. I know that I get overwhelmed with mine!
For this reason, once you’ve made your choice, and you’re looking to prepare your own tasty meals, you need to adhere to your chosen diet plan. Wavering could be detrimental to your weight loss success. You’re likely to wind up starting all over from scratch.
It’s really a good idea to build up a diet-focused recipe library on your computer or device. So if you’re going low-carb, then build up a low-carb recipe library.
It’s basic, but hugely important.
In the past, I’ve definitely hopped from one thing to the next… like crazy. And when I really think about it, there’s only one reason why…
You’ll generally crave whichever items your specific diet plan won’t allow, which some entirely different diet program encourages. It’s always super tempting to dabble. They say it’s healthy, after all. So it should be okay, right? And let’s not kid ourselves. Food-based videos can be pretty darn will-weakening. 😉
But the thing is, for any diet plan to work effectively, you really need to stick to it. While each diet is completely unique in its approach, many say that healthy food and a slight caloric deficit are really all it take to help you reach your goals.
I can certainly see the merit in that, even though I’m no diet or fitness guru. Don’t pig out all day, steer clear of prepackaged junk, and you should see some pretty powerful results. This becomes even more powerful as you raise your activity levels.
Clearly, this is standard, conventional advice. There’s probably good reason for this!
Calorie reduction isn’t the only game in town though. With some diets, macro-nutrient ratios are more important than calories consumed. And it’s generally not advised to mess around with those, if you’re trying to maximize your weight loss.
Stick to the plan. Give yourself a fighting chance!
Here’s My Advice…
Head on over to the keto-vegan recipes category page here on DietRecipeVideos. These should certainly keep you engaged and on track.
Then, using your browser’s bookmarking feature, begin saving the videos that you like. What I would do is compile these into an entirely new bookmark folder that can be named “Keto-Vegan Recipe Videos,” or any other name that strikes your fancy.
