I love the Buddhist Chef’s recipe videos. They’re always super simple so when I try them out myself I never have any issues and the results are always so tasty. One of my fav treats as a child were lemon pies. I’m always looking for healthier alternatives so this vegan version was perfect.

There are simply far too many potential diet plans out there. The sheer volume of diet options is ridiculously overwhelming.
I believe that when you’ve made your choice, and prepping healthy meals is the next step, sticking to your chosen diet is of paramount importance. Wavering could be detrimental to your weight loss success. This often takes people back to the very beginning.
For this reason, I suggest starting a diet-focused recipe library. If you’re going low-calorie, then compile low-calorie recipes. If you’re a low-carber, then you’ll want low-carb recipes.
Know what I mean?
I’ve been guilty of hopping from one plan to the next myself, which is why I bring this up. And when I really think about it, there’s only one reason why…
On calorie-restriction, you crave calorically-dense foods. On low-fat, you crave fat. I mean, it’s still officially “diet food,” even if it’s not your diet… right? If the person on the screen tells you it’s healthy, you should probably eat it, yeah? And let’s be honest. Recipe videos are, in many instances, 100 percent seductive. 😉
Choose a lifestyle that you’re thrilled to stick with. That’s how long-term results will be achieved. Calorie reduction and fresh, healthy foods and drinks are said to be the most surefire way to lose weight healthfully.
Makes sense when you really think about it. Don’t pig out all day, steer clear of prepackaged junk, and you should see some pretty powerful results. Oh, and move that body of yours a little more! 😉
No doubt that this is standard, conventional advice. There’s probably good reason for this!
Even still, if you’re trying to stick to a particular plan, you may want to stay the course. Many diets put more of an emphasis on macro-nutrient ratios. It could be detrimental to your results to stray from your diet’s particular ratio.
Give your chosen diet plan enough time to work for you. Then, if it doesn’t, at least you won’t have yourself to blame!
