I’ve been craving Chinese food so bad recently, but it’s hard to find takeout that is actually vegan. This recipe looks super simple, and super tasty. The thing i love most about Lo Mein is all of the colors involved! You can almost TASTE the flavor just by looking at the colors involved.

Okay, here’s the story…
There are obviously many diet plans in the world. The sheer volume of diet options is ridiculously overwhelming.
For this reason, the moment you’ve committed to a diet, and prepping healthy meals is the next step, sticking to your chosen diet is of paramount importance. Straying from your original chosen plan may very well lead to failure. It will take you back to the very beginning.
It’s really a good idea to build up a diet-focused recipe library on your computer or device. If you’re going low-calorie, then compile low-calorie recipes. If you’re a low-carber, then you’ll want low-carb recipes.
The importance of this cannot be overstated.
Hopping from one diet to the next is certainly something that I’ve done in the past. Why did I do this? Only one reason…
On low-calorie, you crave calorie-rich foods. On sugar-restriction, you crave sugar. I mean, it’s still officially “diet food,” even if it’s not your diet… right? If the person on the screen tells you it’s healthy, you should probably eat it, yeah? And let’s tell the truth here. Meal prep videos are, in many cases, 100 percent tempting. 😉
If you expect to see lasting results, you need to stick to your chosen plan of action. Reaching your weight loss goals may be as simple as eating natural foods and limiting your caloric intake.
I’m no diet or fitness guru, but I see merit in that. Control the calorie intake, eat clean, and the fat should come right off. This is especially true if our activity levels are relatively high.
Clearly, this is the most popular weight loss model in existence. There’s probably good reason for this!
Not all diets are calorically restrictive though. Many diets put more of an emphasis on macro-nutrient ratios. Failure to adhere to your diet’s particular ratio may compromise your weight loss results.
Keep your eye on the prize! Don’t stray.

Check out the vegan videos category page right here on DietRecipeVideos. These should certainly keep you engaged and on track.
Then, using your browser’s bookmarking feature, begin saving the videos that you like. Add them to an entirely new file folder that you can call “**DIET TYPE (LOW-CARB, VEGAN, PALEO, ETC)** Meals,” or whatever you decide on.
