As a new vegan from the south, I sometimes find myself craving hearty southern meals like meatloaf. This recipe video is great because it’s short, entertaining, and the final product looks delicious. I can’t wait to try it myself, and I know you’re going to love the commentary between Steph and Adam as much as you’re going to love their easy take on a traditional southern meal!

There are simply far too many potential diet plans out there. Choosing one diet over another can be a daunting task.
It’s for this reason that, the moment you’ve made your choice, and you’re looking to prepare your own tasty meals, you need to adhere to your chosen diet plan. Failure to stay on your chosen path can prove detrimental. You’re likely to find yourself needing to start over from scratch.
You’d be well served, for this very reason, to build up an online library of recipes within your chosen plan. So if you’re going low-carb, then build up a low-carb recipe library.
Makes perfect sense, right?
In the past, I’ve definitely hopped from one thing to the next… like crazy. And I’ve done so for one simply reason…
What one plan doesn’t allow, some other program totally encourages. The grass always seems greener on the other side. If the person on the screen tells you it’s healthy, you should probably eat it, yeah? And let’s not kid ourselves. Recipe videos are, in many cases, extremely will-weakening. 😉
If you expect to see lasting results, you need to stick to your chosen plan of action. Of course, it could be said that any diet that focuses on all-natural foods and reasonable portion sizes can be enough all on its own.
I can certainly see the merit in that, even though I’m no diet or fitness guru. Don’t pig out all day, steer clear of prepackaged junk, and you should see some pretty powerful results. Oh, and move that body of yours a little more! 😉
Clearly, this is conventional wisdom. There’s probably good reason for this!
Of course, not all diet plans follow this model. And even if they don’t, you may want to stick with them anyway. Many diets put more of an emphasis on macro-nutrient ratios. It could be detrimental to your results to stray from your diet’s particular ratio.
Keep your eye on the prize! Don’t stray.

Head over to the VEGAN recipe videos category page right here on DietRecipeVideos. These should certainly keep you engaged and on track.
After that, go ahead and start bookmarking the videos that you like in your browser. Compile these bookmarks into a whole new bookmark folder that can be named “**DIET TYPE (LOW-CARB, VEGAN, PALEO, ETC)** Recipe Videos,” or whatever you decide on.
