I love this recipe because the rice looks so easy and versatile, and you can do so many things with leftovers! I love adding the Chick’n to it as well for a vegan friendly protein option. I know you’re really going to love this video, and this idea!

So let’s chat a bit…
There are simply far too many potential diet plans out there. Choosing one diet over another can be a daunting task.
For this reason, once you’ve made your choice, and you’re looking to prepare your own tasty meals, you need to adhere to your chosen diet plan. A lack of focus is often to blame for weight loss failure. It may just take you back to the very beginning.
For this reason, I suggest starting a diet-focused recipe library. So you’d want to compile videos ONLY related to raw-food veganism, if that happens to be your chosen diet plan.
I cannot overstate how important this is.
In the past, I’ve definitely hopped from one thing to the next… like crazy. Why did I do this? Only one reason…
On a low-calorie diet, you tend to crave calorie-rich foods. On low-sugar, you crave sugar. It’s always super tempting to dabble. If the person on the screen tells you it’s healthy, you should probably eat it, yeah? And let’s not BS ourselves. Meal prep videos are, in many instances, unbelievably seductive. 😉
Sticking to the plan long-term is perhaps the most important component of dieting. Calorie reduction and fresh, healthy foods and drinks are said to be the most surefire way to lose weight healthfully.
At the end of the day, it makes sense. Don’t pig out all day, steer clear of prepackaged junk, and you should see some pretty powerful results. This is especially true if our activity levels are relatively high.
No doubt that this is common-sense weight loss. And this is for good reason!
Of course, not all diet plans follow this model. And even if they don’t, you may want to stick with them anyway. Many diets have more of a macro-nutrient ratio focus. These are often pretty meticulously calculated, and straying from the prescribed ratio may jeopardize your results.
Keep your eye on the prize! Don’t stray.
Here’s My Suggestion…
Visit the vegan recipes category page on the site. I’m sharing tons of great stuff with you there.
Then, bookmark the videos that you really enjoy in your browser. What I would do is compile these into a new bookmarks folder named “**DIET TYPE (LOW-CARB, VEGAN, PALEO, ETC)** Meals,” unless there’s something else you like more.
