Mary’s version of a vegan burger looks beyond delish! I keep hearing about vegans using beets to create a bloody like appearance, so i’m interested to give it a try myself. I love mushrooms too, so anything burger recipe that incorporates those is a burger for me. Not to mention cruelty free? PERFECT.

So here’s the story…
Clearly, there are many diet plans in the world. If you’re like me, you’re probably overwhelmed by all of the options.
That’s why I believe that, when you’ve decided on a particular diet, and it’s time to start prepping weight loss meals, it’s important that you stay committed to your plan. A lack of focus is often to blame for weight loss failure. It may just return you to the drawing board.
Building up a diet-focused recipe library on your computer is a great idea, for this very reason. So if you’ve chosen the ketogenic diet as your weight loss method, for example, then you ONLY want those types of recipes in your library… and nothing else.
This is extremely important.
Hopping from one diet to the next is certainly something that I’ve done in the past. And there’s really only one reason why…
On low-sugar, you crave sweets. On a low-calorie diet, you tend to crave calorie-rich foods. And let’s tell the truth. Cooking videos can oftentimes be ridiculously will-weakening. 😉
If you expect to see lasting results, you need to stick to your chosen plan of action. Reaching your weight loss goals may be as simple as eating natural foods and limiting your caloric intake.
I can certainly see the merit in that, even though I’m no diet or fitness guru. Put the right amounts of the right fuel into your body, and reap the rewards of a healthy body and physique. Add some exercise into the mix and look out!
No doubt that this is conventional weight loss advice. And this is for good reason!
Of course, not all diet plans follow this model. And even if they don’t, you may want to stick with them anyway. Diets are often effective because of their macro-nutrient ratios. It could be detrimental to your results to stray from your diet’s particular ratio.
Give your chosen diet plan enough time to work for you. Then, if it doesn’t, at least you won’t have yourself to blame!
