Clearly, there are many diet plans in the world. It can be overwhelming to decide.
So once a particular diet has been chosen, and and you’re watching these recipe videos to get meal ideas, you need to adhere to your chosen diet plan. A lack of focus is often to blame for weight loss failure. It’ll likely take you back to the very beginning.
This is why you definitely want to compile a small library of recipes that fit within your particular diet plan. If you’re going low-calorie, then compile low-calorie recipes. If you’re a low-carber, then you’ll want low-carb recipes.
Know what I mean?
I’ve been guilty of hopping from one diet to the next. The reason for this is actually quite simple…
You’re going to tend to develop cravings for the foods that your particular diet program won’t permit, which some other diet system totally allows, and perhaps even encourages. I mean, it’s still officially “diet food,” even if it’s not your diet… right? And let’s call a spade a spade… Cooking videos are oftentimes undeniably knee-weakening. 😉
Sticking to the plan long-term is perhaps the most important component of dieting. Of course, it could be said that any diet that focuses on all-natural foods and reasonable portion sizes can be enough all on its own.
Seems like pretty responsible advice. Put the right amounts of the right fuel into your body, and reap the rewards of a healthy body and physique. This becomes even more powerful as you raise your activity levels.
It’s the most popular weight loss model in existence. There’s probably good reason for this!
Not all diets are calorically restrictive though. Macro-nutrient ratios are a key focus of many diet plans out there. These are often pretty meticulously calculated, and straying from the prescribed ratio may jeopardize your results.
Please stay the course. Your future self will thank you for it!

Check out the vegan recipes category page on the site. These should certainly keep you engaged and on track.
Then, using your browser’s bookmarking feature, begin saving the videos that you like. Save them in a new file folder that can be labeled “Vegan Cooking Vids,” or something else similar.
