Diet plans are in no short supply, my friend. It can be overwhelming to decide.
For this reason, when you’ve committed to a diet, and prepping healthy meals is the next step, you want to avoid looking outside of your chosen diet for meal options. Failure to stay on your chosen path can prove detrimental. You could very well end up starting all over from scratch.
Building up a diet-focused recipe library on your computer is a great idea, for this very reason. So you’d want to compile videos ONLY related to raw-food veganism if that happens to be your chosen diet plan.
The importance of this cannot be overstated.
I’ve been guilty of hopping from one plan to the next myself, which is why I bring this up. The reason for this is actually quite simple…
On low-calorie, you crave calories. On a low-fat diet, you crave fat. The grass always seems greener on the other side. Besides, those “video doctors” sure do make compelling arguments. And one thing that’s clear… Recipe videos are, in many instances, undeniably knee-weakening. 😉
If you expect to see lasting results, you need to stick to your chosen plan of action. Of course, it could be said that any diet that focuses on all-natural foods and reasonable portion sizes can be enough all on its own.
Makes sense to me. Don’t pig out all day, steer clear of prepackaged junk, and you should see some pretty powerful results. Add some exercise into the mix and look out!
This is the most popular weight loss model in existence. As well it should be!
Of course, not all diet plans follow this model. And even if they don’t, you may want to stick with them anyway. Many diets have more of a macro-nutrient ratio focus. And you may not want to play around with those.
At least stick with one thing long enough to see results!
I Think You Should Do This…
Bring yourself over to the Vegan recipes category page right here on the site. These should certainly keep you engaged and on track.
Then, ensure quick and easy future access to each of your favorite recipes by simply bookmarking them in your browser. What I would do is compile these into a whole new folder that you can name “Vegan Meals,” unless there’s something else you like more.
