Fresh, easy to make (if you have time to sit and prep veggies), and healthy for the entire family. I’d recommend making a side of guac to go on top, or maybe even a bean dip…okay okay I’ll stop now.
I hope you liked the video. I was happy to have shared it.

There are like a million and one diet plans available to you these days. The sheer volume of diet options is ridiculously overwhelming.
Therefore, once you’ve made your choice, and it’s time to start prepping weight loss meals, sticking to your chosen diet is of paramount importance. Wavering could be detrimental to your weight loss success. It may just bring you back to square one.
You’d be well served, for this very reason, to build up an online library of recipes within your chosen plan. If you’re going low-calorie, then compile low-calorie recipes. If you’re a low-carber, then you’ll want low-carb recipes.
Does this make sense?
I only bring this up because I’ve been guilty of hopping from one plan to the next myself. And there’s really only one reason why…
On a low-calorie diet, you tend to crave calorie-rich foods. On low-sugar, you crave sweets. I mean, it’s still officially “diet food,” even if it’s not your diet… right? And let’s not kid ourselves. Meal prep videos are, in many instances, pretty darn will-shattering. 😉
If you expect to see lasting results, you need to stick to your chosen plan of action. Of course, it could be said that any diet that focuses on all-natural foods and reasonable portion sizes can be enough all on its own.
If you’re honest with yourself, I’m sure you’ll see the merit in that. Control the calorie intake, eat clean, and the fat should come right off. Oh, and move that body of yours a little more! 😉
This, of course, is standard, conventional wisdom. As well it should be!
Of course, not all diet plans follow this model. And even if they don’t, you may want to stick with them anyway. Many diets put more of an emphasis on macro-nutrient ratios. And it’s generally not advised to mess around with those, if you’re trying to maximize your weight loss.
At least stick with one thing long enough to see results!
Here’s My Suggestion…
Go to the vegan recipes category page right here on the site. These should certainly keep you engaged and on track.
Then, bookmark the videos that you really enjoy in your browser. What I would do is compile these into an entirely new file folder which can be named “Vegan Recipes,” or any other name that you happen to like.
