I’m new to the whole ramen, pho world, yet every time I manage to order it out somewhere I’m in love with all of the tastes! I’ve been looking for good recipe videos on both that are simple enough, and look like they’d pack a lot of flavor punches in them. This one seems pretty good to me!

There are obviously many diet plans in the world. Choosing one diet over another can be a daunting task.
As such, when you’ve made your choice, and prepping healthy meals is the next step, it’s important that you stay committed to your plan. Wavering could be detrimental to your weight loss success. You very well may end up needing to start all over again.
It’s really a good idea to build up a diet-focused recipe library on your computer or device. If you’re going low-calorie, then compile low-calorie recipes. If you’re a low-carber, then you’ll want low-carb recipes.
The importance of this cannot be overstated.
I’ve been guilty of hopping from one diet to the next. And there’s really only one reason why…
On low-carb, you crave carbs. On low-sugar, you crave sugar. The grass always seems greener on the other side. They say it’s healthy, after all. So it should be okay, right? And let’s tell the truth here. Cooking videos are, in many instances, 100% irresistible. 😉
If you expect to see lasting results, you need to stick to your chosen plan of action. Calorie reduction and fresh, healthy foods and drinks are said to be the most surefire way to lose weight healthfully.
I can certainly see the merit in that, even though I’m no diet or fitness guru. Control the calorie intake, eat clean, and the fat should come right off. Oh, and move that body of yours a little more! 😉
This is conventional weight loss advice. There’s probably good reason for this!
Not all diets are calorically restrictive though. Macro-nutrient ratios are a key focus of many diet plans out there. And you may not want to play around with those.
Stick to the plan. Give yourself a fighting chance!
