Here’s the story…

Diet plans clearly abound. The sheer volume of diet options is ridiculously overwhelming.

So the moment the choice has been made, and prepping healthy meals is the next step, it’s important that you stay committed to your plan. Straying from your original chosen plan may very well lead to failure. It’ll probably have you returning to square one.

For this reason, I suggest starting a diet-focused recipe library. So if you’re going low-carb, then build up a low-carb recipe library.

The importance of this cannot be overstated.

In the past, I’ve definitely hopped from one thing to the next… like crazy. Why did I do this? Only one reason…

Items that one program allows, and perhaps even encourages, a whole other program will probably deprive you of. The grass always seems greener on the other side. They say it’s healthy, after all. So it should be okay, right? And let’s make no mistake about it… Cooking videos are oftentimes 100 percent will-weakening. 😉

Choose a lifestyle that you’re thrilled to stick with. That’s how long-term results will be achieved. Reaching your weight loss goals may be as simple as eating natural foods and limiting your caloric intake.

I can certainly see the merit in that, even though I’m no diet or fitness guru. The fat should come right off if you control what and how much you eat and drink. Raising your activity levels will also prove beneficial (obviously).

This, of course, is the world’s most popular weight loss advice. And it probably has that designation for a reason!

Of course, not all diet plans follow this model. And even if they don’t, you may want to stick with them anyway. Diets are often effective because of their macro-nutrient ratios. Failure to adhere to your diet’s particular ratio may compromise your weight loss results.

Please stay the course. Your future self will thank you for it!
