Who doesn’t love a good fruity dessert? Strawberries are one of my favorite fruits in the summer, so turning them into an even tastier treat seems like a no-brainer. This recipe is great because not only is it vegan, but it’s also gluten free and oil-free too! Enjoy with everyone tonight!

So here’s the story…
Diet plans are in no short supply, my friend. Choosing one diet over another can be a daunting task.
For this reason, when a particular diet has been chosen, and it’s time to start prepping weight loss meals, sticking to your chosen diet is of paramount importance. Wavering could be detrimental to your weight loss success. It’ll probably have you returning to the drawing board.
For this reason, I suggest starting a diet-focused recipe library. So you’d want to compile videos ONLY related to raw-food veganism, if that happens to be your chosen diet plan.
The importance of this cannot be overstated.
I only bring this up because I’ve been guilty of hopping from one plan to the next myself. Why did I do this? Only one reason…
On sugar-restriction, you crave sweets. On low-carb, you crave carbs. It’s always super tempting to dabble. They say it’s healthy, after all. So it should be okay, right? And one thing that’s clear… Cooking videos are, in many cases, quite tough to resist. 😉
Sticking to the plan long-term is perhaps the most important component of dieting. While each diet is completely unique in its approach, many say that healthy food and a slight caloric deficit are really all it take to help you reach your goals.
At the end of the day, it makes sense. Don’t pig out all day, steer clear of prepackaged junk, and you should see some pretty powerful results. Oh, and move that body of yours a little more! 😉
It’s conventional wisdom. It probably earned its right to be!
Not all diets are calorically restrictive though. Diets are often effective because of their macro-nutrient ratios. And you may not want to play around with those.
Give your chosen diet plan enough time to work for you. Then, if it doesn’t, at least you won’t have yourself to blame!

After that, go ahead and start bookmarking the videos that you like in your browser. What I would do is compile these into an entirely new bookmarks folder which you can name “Vegan Meals,” unless you prefer something else.
