Okay, here’s the story…
There are simply far too many potential diet plans out there. You may be overwhelmed with your options. I know that I get overwhelmed with mine!
For this reason, when a particular diet has been chosen, and and you’re watching these recipe videos to get meal ideas, you only want to seek out food and drink recipes that fit within that particular diet plan. It can really hinder your success to stray from your chosen path. You might end up starting all over from scratch.
For this reason, I suggest starting a diet-focused recipe library. So if you’re going low-carb, then build up a low-carb recipe library.
Make sense?
Hopping from one diet to the next is certainly something that I’ve done in the past. Why did I do this? Only one reason…
You’ll typically tend to develop pretty powerful cravings for whichever foods your diet won’t permit, which some completely different protocol totally permits. They say it’s healthy, after all. So it should be okay, right? And let’s make no mistake about it… Food videos can be ridiculously tough to resist. π
Choose a lifestyle that you’re thrilled to stick with. That’s how long-term results will be achieved. Reaching your weight loss goals may be as simple as eating natural foods and limiting your caloric intake.
Seems like pretty responsible advice. Eat clean, don’t stuff your face all the time, and the fat should come right off. Oh, and move that body of yours a little more! π
This is surely the most popular weight loss model in existence. And this is for good reason!
Even still, if you’re trying to stick to a particular plan, you may want to stay the course. Many diets put more of an emphasis on macro-nutrient ratios. And playing around too much with those may be something to steer clear of.
Give your chosen diet plan enough time to work for you. Then, if it doesn’t, at least you won’t have yourself to blame!
