I made these this weekend and the entire family LOVED them. I’m pretty sure we were in satisfied comas before our forks hit our plates for the final time… Not to mention they are super simple to make and really don’t take that much time anyway.

Okay, here’s the story…
There are obviously many diet plans in the world. The sheer volume of diet options is ridiculously overwhelming.
I believe that the moment you’ve decided on a particular diet, and it’s time to start menu planning, you only want to seek out food and drink recipes that fit within that particular diet plan. A lack of focus is often to blame for weight loss failure. You might end up needing to start over.
Building up a diet-focused recipe library on your computer is a great idea, for this very reason. So if you’ve chosen the ketogenic diet as your weight loss method, for example, then you ONLY want those types of recipes in your library… and nothing else.
Pretty basic stuff, right? But it’s super important.
I only bring this up because I’ve been guilty of hopping from one plan to the next myself. And there’s really only one reason why…
On sugar-restriction, you crave sugar. On low-carb, you crave carbs. If the person on the screen tells you it’s healthy, you should probably eat it, yeah? And one thing is clear… Recipe videos are oftentimes pretty damned tough to resist. 😉
But the thing is, for any diet plan to work effectively, you really need to stick to it. Reaching your weight loss goals may be as simple as eating natural foods and limiting your caloric intake.
Makes sense when you really think about it. Control the calorie intake, eat clean, and the fat should come right off. Raising your activity levels will also prove beneficial (obviously).
This is surely conventional weight loss advice. And it’s for good reason that it is!
Not all diets are calorically restrictive though. Macro-nutrient ratios are a key focus of many diet plans out there. And you may not want to play around with those.
At least stick with one thing long enough to see results!
