Vegan Tofu Tacos Recipe

I’m always looking for new ways to prepare vegan tacos without just using veggies. I’ve had cubed tofu in tacos flavored many different ways, but this crumbled preparation is something i havent tried yet. It looks great, and with all of the seasonings almost looks like normal meat! I’m excited to give this a try and see how tasty it is.

Diet plans clearly abound. You may be overwhelmed with your options. I know that I get overwhelmed with mine!

I believe that the moment you’ve committed to a diet, and prepping healthy meals is the next step, you want to avoid looking outside of your chosen diet for meal options. A lack of focus is often to blame for weight loss failure. It’ll probably have you returning to the very beginning.

It’s really a good idea to build up a diet-focused recipe library on your computer or device. So if you’ve chosen the ketogenic diet as your weight loss method, for example, then you ONLY want those types of recipes in your library… and nothing else.

Makes perfect sense, right?

In the past, I’ve definitely hopped from one thing to the next… like crazy. The reason for this is actually quite simple…

On low-calorie, you crave calories. On low-sugar, you crave sugar. And one thing that’s clear… Food videos are, in many instances, 100% will-weakening. 😉

Clearly, you need to stick to your chosen diet plan long enough to see results. While each diet is completely unique in its approach, many say that healthy food and a slight caloric deficit are really all it take to help you reach your goals.

Seems like pretty responsible advice. Eat clean, don’t stuff your face all the time, and the fat should come right off. Oh, and move that body of yours a little more! 😉

No doubt that this is common-sense weight loss. There’s probably good reason for this!

But even if your chosen diet isn’t a low-calorie model, you may still be well-served to stick with it long-term. Macro-nutrient ratios are a key focus of many diet plans out there. Failure to adhere to your diet’s particular ratio may compromise your weight loss results.

Keep your eye on the prize! Don’t stray.

Come and visit my vegan videos category page on the site. There are more than enough videos to keep you interested and happy.

After that, go ahead and start bookmarking the videos that you like in your browser. Save them in a brand new bookmarks folder which can be labeled “**DIET TYPE (LOW-CARB, VEGAN, PALEO, ETC)** Meal Vids,” unless there’s another name you like more.
