Every now and then I crave a good ol’ fashion country meal. The best meal I remember from childhood is meatloaf, so this vegan friendly veggie-loaf is beyond delish. Just as tasty and only a fraction of the calories or all the other bad stuff in traditional meatloaf.

Diet plans are in no short supply, my friend. You may be overwhelmed with your options. I know that I get overwhelmed with mine!
It’s for this reason that, once you’ve committed to a diet, and and you’re watching these recipe videos to get meal ideas, you want to avoid looking outside of your chosen diet for meal options. Wavering could be detrimental to your weight loss success. You just might wind up needing to start all over.
You’d be well served, for this very reason, to build up an online library of recipes within your chosen plan. So if you’ve chosen the ketogenic diet as your weight loss method, for example, then you ONLY want those types of recipes in your library… and nothing else.
This is extremely important.
In the past, I’ve definitely hopped from one thing to the next… like crazy. And I’ve done so for one simply reason…
Food that one diet won’t let you consume, another program 100 percent permits. The grass always seems greener on the other side. And counter-arguments can be pretty compelling. And let’s make no mistake about it… Culinary videos are usually quite irresistible. 😉
But the thing is, for any diet plan to work effectively, you really need to stick to it. Of course, it could be said that any diet that focuses on all-natural foods and reasonable portion sizes can be enough all on its own.
Makes sense. Put the right amounts of the right fuel into your body, and reap the rewards of a healthy body and physique. This becomes even more powerful as you raise your activity levels.
It’s conventional wisdom. There’s probably good reason for this!
Calorie reduction isn’t the only game in town though. With some diets, macro-nutrient ratios are more important than calories consumed. And you may not want to play around with those.
Please stay the course. Your future self will thank you for it!
