These days, there is simply an overabundance of diet plans. It can be overwhelming to decide.
It’s for this reason that, when you’ve committed to a diet, and prepping healthy meals is the next step, you want to avoid looking outside of your chosen diet for meal options. Straying from your original chosen plan may very well lead to failure. This often takes people back to the very beginning.
It’s really a good idea to build up a diet-focused recipe library on your computer or device. So you’d want to compile videos ONLY related to raw-food veganism if that happens to be your chosen diet plan.
The importance of this cannot be overstated.
In the past, I’ve definitely hopped from one thing to the next… like crazy. Why did I do this? Only one reason…
Food and drinks that one diet program forbids you to consume, a totally different diet 100% permits. And counter-arguments can be pretty compelling. And let’s be honest. Recipe videos are usually ridiculously tough to resist. 😉
If you expect to see lasting results, you need to stick to your chosen plan of action. Reaching your weight loss goals may be as simple as eating natural foods and limiting your caloric intake.
I can certainly see the merit in that, even though I’m no diet or fitness guru. Control the calorie intake, eat clean, and the fat should come right off. Raising your activity levels will also prove beneficial (obviously).
This is clearly standard, conventional wisdom. There’s probably a good reason for this!
Even still, if you’re trying to stick to a particular plan, you may want to stay the course. With some diets, macro-nutrient ratios are more important than calories consumed. And you may not want to play around with those.
Give your chosen diet plan enough time to work for you. Then, if it doesn’t, at least you won’t have yourself to blame!
