Vegetarian Lentil Soup Recipe
I’m interested in getting more into lentil’s and I have been noticing that people seem to find it pretty simple to add them to soups. I love this Indian inspired healthy soup that would work for day or night! Let me know what you think if you end up trying it out one night.

Diet plans are in no short supply, my friend. It can be overwhelming to decide.
I believe that when you’ve made your choice, and and you’re watching these recipe videos to get meal ideas, you need to adhere to your chosen diet plan. Wavering could be detrimental to your weight loss success. It may just bring you back to square one.
It’s really a good idea to build up a diet-focused recipe library on your computer or device. If you’re going low-calorie, then compile low-calorie recipes. If you’re a low-carber, then you’ll want low-carb recipes.
Pretty basic stuff, right?
In the past, I’ve definitely hopped from one thing to the next… like crazy. The reason for this is actually quite simple…
You’re gonna usually develop cravings for the foods and drinks that your specific eating plan won’t allow, which another eating protocol permits. And counter-arguments can be pretty compelling. And let’s tell the truth here. Meal prep videos are, in many cases, pretty irresistible. 😉
But the thing is, for any diet plan to work effectively, you really need to stick to it. Reaching your weight loss goals may be as simple as eating natural foods and limiting your caloric intake.
I’m no diet or fitness guru, but I see merit in that. Control the calorie intake, eat clean, and the fat should come right off. Add some exercise into the mix and look out!
This is surely conventional wisdom. And it’s for good reason that it is!
Of course, not all diet plans follow this model. And even if they don’t, you may want to stick with them anyway. With some diets, macro-nutrient ratios are more important than calories consumed. And you may not want to play around with those.
At least stick with one thing long enough to see results!
