There are like a million and one diet plans available to you these days. You may be overwhelmed with your options. I know that I get overwhelmed with mine!

For this reason, as soon as a particular diet has been chosen, and it’s time to start prepping weight loss meals, it’s important that you stay committed to your plan. It can really hinder your success to stray from your chosen path. You might wind up in the frustrating position of having to start all over again.

You’d be well served, for this very reason, to build up an online library of recipes within your chosen plan. So you’d want to compile videos ONLY related to raw-food veganism, if that happens to be your chosen diet plan.

The importance of this cannot be overstated.

Hopping from one diet to the next is certainly something that I’ve done in the past. Why did I do this? Only one reason…

Menu items that one program permits, and perhaps even encourages, another, seemingly equally legit program is likely going to disallow. It’s always super tempting to dabble. Besides, those “video doctors” sure do make compelling arguments. And let’s not BS ourselves. Food-based videos are often completely hard to resist. šŸ˜‰

Sticking to the plan long-term is perhaps the most important component of dieting. Reaching your weight loss goals may be as simple as eating natural foods and limiting your caloric intake.

Seems like pretty responsible advice. Control the calorie intake, eat clean, and the fat should come right off. Raising your activity levels will also prove beneficial (obviously).

This is clearly conventional weight loss advice. As well it should be!

But even if your chosen diet isn’t a low-calorie model, you may still be well-served to stick with it long-term. Many diets have more of a macro-nutrient ratio focus. These are often pretty meticulously calculated, and straying from the prescribed ratio may jeopardize your results.

Please stay the course. Your future self will thank you for it!
