Well I like to cater to a variety of different diet lifestyles, and vegetarians typically follow higher carb meals. Potatoes are perfect side dishes for vegetarians, and this recipe seemed too delicious to pass up and not share

Clearly, there are many diet plans in the world. If you’re like me, you’re probably overwhelmed by all of the options.

I believe that once you’ve made your choice, and prepping healthy meals is the next step, sticking to your chosen diet is of paramount importance. Failure to stay on your chosen path can prove detrimental. You’re very likely to wind up starting all over again.

This is why you definitely want to compile a small library of recipes that fit within your particular diet plan. So you’d want to compile videos ONLY related to raw-food veganism, if that happens to be your chosen diet plan.

Know what I mean?

Hopping from one diet to the next is certainly something that I’ve done in the past. And when I really think about it, there’s only one reason why…

You will typically tend to have cravings for whichever foods your particular diet plan doesn’t let you consume, which a competing diet plan 100 percent allows, and perhaps even encourages. They say it’s healthy, after all. So it should be okay, right? And let’s tell the truth. Culinary videos can be completely difficult to resist. 😉

Choose a lifestyle that you’re thrilled to stick with. That’s how long-term results will be achieved. At the end of the day, eating healthy foods and not going into a crazy caloric surplus may be enough to help you reach your goals.

At the end of the day, it makes sense. Control the calorie intake, eat clean, and the fat should come right off. This is especially true if our activity levels are relatively high.

This, of course, is the world’s most popular weight loss advice. As well it should be!

Calorie reduction isn’t the only game in town though. Macro-nutrient ratios are a key focus of many diet plans out there. And it’s generally not advised to mess around with those, if you’re trying to maximize your weight loss.

Stick to the plan. Give yourself a fighting chance!
