So here’s the story…
Clearly, there are many diet plans in the world. The sheer volume of diet options is ridiculously overwhelming.
I believe that when you’ve committed to a diet, and prepping healthy meals is the next step, you only want to seek out food and drink recipes that fit within that particular diet plan. A lack of focus is often to blame for weight loss failure. It may just return you to the starting line.
Building up a diet-focused recipe library on your computer is a great idea, for this very reason. So you’d want to compile videos ONLY related to raw-food veganism, if that happens to be your chosen diet plan.
It’s basic, but hugely important.
In the past, I’ve definitely hopped from one thing to the next… like crazy. And when I really think about it, there’s only one reason why…
Food and beverages that one program doesn’t allow, some totally different program fully allows. I mean, it’s still officially “diet food,” even if it’s not your diet… right? Besides, those “video doctors” sure do make compelling arguments. And let’s not kid ourselves. Culinary videos are usually unbelievably tough to resist. 😉
But the thing is, for any diet plan to work effectively, you really need to stick to it. Reaching your weight loss goals may be as simple as eating natural foods and limiting your caloric intake.
Makes sense when you really think about it. The fat should come right off if you control what and how much you eat and drink. This becomes even more powerful as you raise your activity levels.
No doubt that this is the world’s most popular weight loss advice. As well it should be!
Not all diets are calorically restrictive though. Many diets have more of a macro-nutrient ratio focus. Failure to adhere to your diet’s particular ratio may compromise your weight loss results.
Stick to the plan. Give yourself a fighting chance!

Visit the vegetarian videos category page right here on DietRecipeVideos. Explore the great videos I’ve already compiled for you.
Then, using your browser’s bookmarking feature, begin saving the videos that you like. Create a new folder that can be named “Vegetarian Cooking,” unless another name strikes your fancy.
