I just wanted to say a few things…
Clearly, there are many diet plans in the world. You may be overwhelmed with your options. I know that I get overwhelmed with mine!
Therefore, the moment you’ve committed to a diet, and prepping healthy meals is the next step, it’s important that you stay committed to your plan. Wavering could be detrimental to your weight loss success. You might wind up needing to start over.
You’d be well served, for this very reason, to build up an online library of recipes within your chosen plan. So you’d want to compile videos ONLY related to raw-food veganism, if that happens to be your chosen diet plan.
The importance of this cannot be overstated.
I’ve been guilty of hopping from one diet to the next. And there’s really only one reason why…
On a low-calorie diet, you tend to crave calorie-rich foods. On low-sugar, you crave sugar. I mean, it’s still officially “diet food,” even if it’s not your diet… right? Besides, those “video doctors” sure do make compelling arguments. And one thing that’s clear… Meal prep videos can be quite will-shattering. 😉
Sticking to the plan long-term is perhaps the most important component of dieting. Calorie reduction and fresh, healthy foods and drinks are said to be the most surefire way to lose weight healthfully.
Makes sense. The fat should come right off if you control what and how much you eat and drink. This becomes even more powerful as you raise your activity levels.
You’ll probably recognize this as the most popular weight loss model in existence. It probably earned its right to be!
Of course, not all diet plans follow this model. And even if they don’t, you may want to stick with them anyway. Diets are often effective because of their macro-nutrient ratios. It could be detrimental to your results to stray from your diet’s particular ratio.
Give your chosen diet plan enough time to work for you. Then, if it doesn’t, at least you won’t have yourself to blame!

Take a look at my vegetarian recipe videos category page on the site. I’ve compiled tons of great videos for you.
Then, bookmark the videos that you really enjoy in your browser. What I would do is compile these into a brand new bookmarks folder which can be labeled “Vegetarian Recipe Videos,” or whatever you decide on.
