These days, there is simply an overabundance of diet plans. The sheer volume of diet options is ridiculously overwhelming.
As such, as soon as you’ve made your choice, and it’s time to start prepping weight loss meals, you need to adhere to your chosen diet plan. A lack of focus is often to blame for weight loss failure. You could very well end up having to start all over from scratch.
You’d be well served, for this very reason, to build up an online library of recipes within your chosen plan. So if you’ve chosen the ketogenic diet as your weight loss method, for example, then you ONLY want those types of recipes in your library… and nothing else.
Makes perfect sense, right?
I’ve been guilty of hopping from one diet to the next. And when I really think about it, there’s only one reason why…
Food and drinks that one plan restricts, another program 100 percent allows, and perhaps even encourages. I mean, it’s still officially “diet food,” even if it’s not your diet… right? And counter-arguments can be pretty compelling. And let’s be honest here. Recipe videos are often extremely will-weakening. 😉
If you expect to see lasting results, you need to stick to your chosen plan of action. Reaching your weight loss goals may be as simple as eating natural foods and limiting your caloric intake.
Makes sense to me. Eat clean, don’t stuff your face all the time, and the fat should come right off. Add some exercise into the mix and look out!
This is common weight loss advice. As well it should be!
Even still, if you’re trying to stick to a particular plan, you may want to stay the course. Macro-nutrient ratios are a key focus of many diet plans out there. And playing around too much with those may be something to steer clear of.
At least stick with one thing long enough to see results!
