Alright, so let’s proceed…
There are obviously many diet plans in the world. You may be overwhelmed with your options. I know that I get overwhelmed with mine!
It’s for this reason that, the moment the choice has been made, and you’re looking to prepare your own tasty meals, sticking to your chosen diet is of paramount importance. It can really hinder your success to stray from your chosen path. It may just have you returning to square one.
It’s really a good idea to build up a diet-focused recipe library on your computer or device. So if you’re going low-carb, then build up a low-carb recipe library.
Makes perfect sense, right?
I only bring this up because I’ve been guilty of hopping from one plan to the next myself. The reason for this is actually quite simple…
You’re gonna tend to have cravings for whichever foods your current program disallows, which another eating protocol fully encourages. They say it’s healthy, after all. So it should be okay, right? And let’s be honest here. Culinary videos can be 100% will-weakening. 😉
If you expect to see lasting results, you need to stick to your chosen plan of action. Of course, it could be said that any diet that focuses on all-natural foods and reasonable portion sizes can be enough all on its own.
Makes sense to me. Put the right amounts of the right fuel into your body, and reap the rewards of a healthy body and physique. Oh, and move that body of yours a little more! 😉
This is surely conventional weight loss advice. As well it should be!
Even still, if you’re trying to stick to a particular plan, you may want to stay the course. Diets are often effective because of their macro-nutrient ratios. It could be detrimental to your results to stray from your diet’s particular ratio.
Stick to the plan. Give yourself a fighting chance!
